About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Digital Guest Journey, defining vision and prioritization.
  • Diagnose high-impact opportunities by synthesizing signals from customers, data, sales, and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain direct relationships with hotel operators and enterprise clients to shorten feedback loops.
  • Translate product decisions into business narratives connecting metrics to revenue, margin, and churn.
  • Lead technical conversations with engineering and enterprise clients regarding system architecture and integration dependencies.
  • Drive execution and alignment across engineering, sales, customer success, and design teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 2–3 years of senior or director-level PM experience in an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of proactively identifying high-impact problems and driving solutions.
  • Technical depth to lead discussions on system architecture and how products work "under the hood."
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and maintain accountability through launch and adoption.
