Director of Product: Computer Vision Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for computer vision solutions
• Identify high-impact retail use cases for vision-based systems
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex CV systems from concept to scale
• Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, and AI/Data Science
• Guide architectural decisions across hardware, edge compute, and cloud services
• Engage with enterprise customers to validate requirements and refine solutions
• Support pilots, proofs of technology, and early commercial deployments
• Communicate product direction and tradeoffs to executive leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership
• Strong technical background in Computer Vision, Optics/Imaging Systems, or Embedded/Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end physical products combining hardware, software, and AI
• Demonstrated ability to work across highly multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience supporting real-world deployments of complex systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering products for large enterprise or Fortune 50 customers
• Prior work in retail environments
• Familiarity with camera systems and sensor calibration
• Experience with Edge AI inference
• Knowledge of large-scale data collection and model validation
