Director of Product & Business Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies across protein and deli categories
• Lead new product development from concept through commercialization, translating consumer insights into innovation pipelines
• Own category-level revenue, margin, and P&L performance
• Evaluate SKU performance and lead portfolio optimization initiatives
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Finance to accelerate product launches and align strategies with retailer requirements
• Drive the localization and adaptation of Korean-inspired protein products for the U.S. market

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or category management within Food, CPG, or Consumer Products
• Proven track record leading product development and commercialization initiatives
• Strong business and financial acumen with direct P&L responsibility
• Experience managing product portfolios and driving profitable growth
• Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in protein, deli, fresh food, or refrigerated categories
• Background in food manufacturing environments
• Experience working with Korean, Asian, or globally inspired food products
• Experience working within founder-led or high-growth organizations
