Director of Product, Business Accounts

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience for Business Accounts, including core workflows such as accounts, transfers, FX, reporting, and Airwallex Pay.
• Define the long-term vision for Business Accounts to create a world-class, cohesive customer journey for financial operations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to translate complex platform capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Drive product decisions across key surfaces including account overview, activity, settings, alerts, and mobile experiences.
• Act as the voice of the customer by translating operational friction into clear product priorities and roadmap execution plans.
• Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including GTPN, Financial Platform, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Deep expertise in Fintech, payments, treasury, or complex B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience owning customer-facing product areas with high UX complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams on technically complex products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• A track record of building products for globally operating or operationally complex businesses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business accounts, treasury, FX, wallets, or adjacent financial operations workflows.
• Experience leading products at the intersection of user experience and financial infrastructure.
• Experience building products for international businesses managing funds across multiple currencies and markets.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
