Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities across complex categories to deliver savings and risk management
• Act as the primary procurement partner to regional operations and corporate functions
• Drive continuous improvement of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and digital transformation
• Manage supplier risk and performance across the supply chain
• Provide functional leadership to the Warehouse Manager to optimize inventory and working capital
• Coach and develop the Strategic Sourcing and Warehouse teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
• Proven track record of delivering year-on-year savings and risk mitigation
• Experience leading multiple complex sourcing projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and digital procurement tools

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, PMP, or SCMP
• Knowledge of global sourcing and sustainability procurement
