Director of Primary Care Clinics

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for primary care clinics
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered, and financially sustainable care across multiple sites
• Partner with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to align operations with organizational goals
• Oversee Primary Care Clinic Managers and PSR Development Coordinators
• Manage workforce development, financial stewardship, and access optimization
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including Rural Health Clinic (RHC) standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare operations experience
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and operational performance management
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (NARHC)
• Experience in value-based care models and patient experience initiatives
• Minimum of three years of experience in rural or community healthcare settings
