About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage long-term retention and growth for premium memberships, hospitality packages, and revenue-generating programs
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with existing members through calls, emails, seat visits, and events
  • Design, present, and execute annual proposals to existing premium clients and referrals
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, upselling, and generating referrals
  • Serve as a venue sales ambassador within the community by partnering with local Chambers of Commerce and CVBs
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction data within KORE/Salesforce.com for reporting and historical purposes
  • Meet and exceed specific activity, appointment, and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sports/entertainment management, business, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in premium seat sales, sponsorship, or sports marketing
  • Proven track record in relationship building and professional networking
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales funnels across multiple entertainment or sports properties
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and entrepreneurial skills
  • Experience with Archtics and KORE/Salesforce.com is preferred
