Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive founder sourcing strategy to identify top-tier talent for transformative healthcare ventures in India.
• Attract, engage, and assess founders using innovative sourcing strategies and competency-based evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain a professional founder journey that reflects the organization's values and mission.
• Cultivate a robust talent ecosystem through networking, campus partners, and community engagement.
• Partner with the Global Marketing team to build the Redesign Health India brand and narrative.
• Programmatically build out the India platform for founders, providing strategic support services and talent introductions.
• Leverage AI tools to create extraordinary productivity and impact within the role.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, ideally in venture capital or 0-1 startups.
• Proven ability to identify and connect with startup founders, preferably in an international context.
• Strong understanding of the Indian startup talent market and cultural nuances.
• Excellent founder identification, engagement, and assessment skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Full fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
