Director of Platform Management

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy for simulation, evaluation, and validation platforms
• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, translating company priorities into coherent initiatives
• Lead and grow a team of product managers across various sub-teams
• Build world-class developer experiences through regular user research with engineering and science teams
• Define and defend quality bars for reliability, latency, cost, and API stability
• Establish regular operational cadences including monthly business reviews and quarterly planning
• Represent the platform externally to OEM partners and regulators

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience leading PM teams
• Proven track record building internal platforms, developer tools, or ML/AI evaluation infrastructure
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Systems thinking across hardware, AI, and product domains
• High level of AI fluency and application of AI tools
• Strong product craft with focus on workflows and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical AI/ML programs
• Familiarity with simulation, synthetic data, or ML observability tools at scale
• Working knowledge of safety standards such as SOTIF (ISO 21448) or ISO 26262
• Experience with internal developer platforms like CI/CD or ML platforms
