Director of PIPE Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, participating in strategic initiatives and operational models
• Establish and manage Business Unit KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and strategic growth plans
• Oversee operational plans and training programs to ensure a focus on safety, growth, and profitability
• Lead and manage direct reports, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations
• Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer, CFO, CHRO, and Director of Safety to align revenue, finance, HR, and compliance goals
• Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and represent the business unit at industry tradeshows and conferences
• Monitor equipment and process advancements to keep the business unit on the cutting edge

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic development and operational oversight
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and multiple departments
• Ability to travel to company locations and field sites approximately 25% of the time
• Ability to conduct field-level audits, which may include traversing uneven terrain and climbing ladders
