About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own global go-to-market performance marketing strategy for a new unannounced mobile ARPG from pre-launch through live operations
  • Build and operate Scopely’s first user acquisition pod in China
  • Define and execute user acquisition strategies to achieve growth and efficiency targets across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging platforms
  • Establish full-funnel measurement frameworks including KPI definition, attribution, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketers
  • Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets with focus on ROI and long-term player value
  • Champion experimentation by testing new channels, formats, and bidding strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • 8+ years of performance marketing and user acquisition experience in mobile gaming or consumer apps
  • 4+ years of people management experience with high-performing teams
  • Experience working with Chinese gaming studios and Western game publishers
  • Deep understanding of Asian and global gaming markets
  • Proven success scaling multi-million dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels
  • Strong experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic networks
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and scaling new products
  • Deep analytical skills in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and forecasting
  • Track record improving growth through automation, marketing tech, or data infrastructure
  • Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams across time zones
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bonus: experience in midcore, RPG, or strategy 4x mobile games
