About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Senior Performance Marketing Sales Consultants
  • Establish a culture of consultative selling, continuous learning, and client success
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching focused on discovery, strategic thinking, and proposal development
  • Own pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales organization performance
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve technical workflows and reduce churn
  • Develop training programs, playbooks, and discovery frameworks to refine sales methodology

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, ad tech, or martech
  • 3+ years leading high-performing consultative sales teams
  • Demonstrated success coaching sellers through complex solution-based sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy (paid search, paid social, attribution, and performance measurement)
  • Experience building scalable sales processes and developing sales organizations
  • Strong analytical abilities using pipeline metrics to drive performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams selling performance marketing solutions, SaaS, or advertising technology
  • Experience working with mid-market/enterprise advertisers, agencies, or affiliate networks
  • Working knowledge of conversion attribution, pixel-based tracking, and server-to-server integrations
