Responsibilities

  • Own Relay's full paid media portfolio including paid search, paid social, affiliate, CTV, linear TV, and direct mail
  • Set channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets across brand and performance objectives
  • Directly manage and develop a team of performance marketers, owning hiring, leveling, and growth pathways
  • Lead TV and CTV strategy, partnering with Brand and Creative on messaging and measurement
  • Drive paid search and paid social programs with a bias toward continuous experimentation
  • Own the affiliate program end-to-end, including partner recruitment and commission structure
  • Work with the data team to build and maintain measurement infrastructure including media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
  • Own paid media budget modeling, pacing, and forecasting in partnership with Finance

Requirements

  • 8+ years in performance marketing or paid media
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or subscription businesses
  • Proven experience owning a multi-million dollar monthly paid media budget
  • Expert knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling
  • Deep hands-on fluency in at least two of: paid search, paid social, CTV/programmatic, or affiliate
  • Experience driving acquisition into both PLG and sales-assisted funnels
  • Proficiency in SQL and AI-driven workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance
  • Experience marketing to small business owners or self-employed professionals
  • Experience with direct mail as an acquisition channel
  • A public POV on performance marketing, attribution, or media strategy
