About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy across the full paid stack, including paid search, social, CTV, direct mail, display, and programmatic
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution and budget pacing to hit weekly and monthly CAC targets
  • Build and prioritize an experimentation roadmap based on business hypotheses to drive full-funnel optimization
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, and conversion rates
  • Partner with Growth Science on incrementality testing and attribution to inform budget reallocation
  • Lead and develop a team of 2-3 channel managers or specialists
  • Build AI-powered workflows to automate reporting, creative iteration, and bidding management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and Sales teams to align messaging and optimize conversion

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance or growth marketing
  • 2+ years of experience managing significant paid media budgets
  • Proven track record of improving CAC and ROAS in high-consideration or high-ACV industries
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
  • Experience working in a player-coach capacity, leading or mentoring a small team
  • Proficiency with BI or dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Demonstrated "AI-nativeness," including building agents or automating workflows with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CTV platforms (MNTN, YouTube, Trade Desk)
  • Experience with programmatic display and direct mail workflows
  • Proficiency with SQL for self-serve data pulls
  • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
