About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the internal paid media team and scale headcount as needed
  • Manage a $15M+ annual media budget focusing on efficiency, iROAS, and revenue
  • Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks across all paid channels
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy
  • Manage external agency partners for SEO/AEO, setting KPIs and reviewing deliverables
  • Partner with product teams to manage technical SEO updates
  • Own channel-level forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting
  • Identify new channel opportunities and run structured tests
  • Partner with incrementality agencies to manage MMM and Geo-test models

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record managing $15M+ annual media budgets in a B2C environment
  • Hands-on expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and incrementality tools
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports
  • Ability to work EST hours
