Director of Performance Management and Talent Development

Responsibilities

• Design and build the end-to-end talent development architecture, including performance management, succession planning, and L&D.
• Create globally scalable talent frameworks and playbooks that enable HRBPs to deploy practices consistently across different geographies.
• Lead a lean team using a high-leverage operating model, partnering with BPO models for administrative tasks.
• Modernize the learning ecosystem by evaluating and adopting next-generation talent technology and AI-enabled development pathways.
• Use talent data and workforce insights to inform investment decisions and measure the ROI of development programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align bench development with external sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with direct ownership of talent development, performance management, or L&D.
• 7+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Proven track record of building or rebuilding talent frameworks within complex, matrixed, or high-growth organizations.
• Experience working within a Center of Excellence (COE) operating model.
• Proficiency with modern talent technology, including LMS, performance platforms, and assessment tools.
• Knowledge of and curiosity regarding AI-enabled development and its impact on L&D.
