Director of People Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the People Operations function across the employee lifecycle
• Oversee performance cycles, compensation processes, and employee lifecycle changes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal standards
• Manage operational and compliance risks through strong systems and controls
• Lead and oversee the intake and triage system for People & Culture requests
• Manage key partner relationships including PEO and other platforms
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable People Operations processes
• Optimize HR systems, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Lead, coach, and develop the People Operations team

Requirements

• Significant HR/People Operations experience with management responsibility
• Experience leading end-to-end HR operations in a complex, scaling organization
• Experience building and optimizing scalable systems and service delivery models
• Deep knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and full employee lifecycle management
• Experience with HR technologies such as HRIS, ATS, and workflow tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing PEOs and external vendors/partners
