Responsibilities

• Own daily HR operations and establish foundational systems
• Partner with leadership to operationalize people strategy and organizational design
• Design the full employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and engagement programs
• Manage compensation, leveling, benefits, and equity benchmarking
• Ensure HR compliance, policy updates, and manage employee relations
• Implement scalable HRIS, ATS, and people analytics tools
• Drive recruiting operations and workforce planning in partnership with external resources

Requirements

• 7+ years of People/HR experience in high-growth tech, finance, or fintech
• Proven experience building or scaling a People function from early to growth stage
• Expertise in talent, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
• Strong command of HRIS, ATS, and people analytics tools
• Experience owning PEO transitions (e.g., Rippling, Justworks)
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Builder's mindset for creating structure in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications
