About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing advice and guidance on team management
- Implement and manage policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with local employment law
- Execute recruitment strategies to attract talent and build succession pipelines
- Collaborate with department heads to create development opportunities and career paths
- Embed brand values and lead engagement initiatives to promote an inclusive environment
- Drive the talent review process, including annual reviews and career management
- Lead community and charity initiatives under the "Do More" global program
- Support managers with employee relations and performance management cases
- Contribute to European and Global projects and rollouts
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of progressive HR experience within the hospitality sector
- Proven capability in managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment legislation, and performance management
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to work with leaders and ownership
- Culturally aware and globally minded mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Pre-opening experience in a luxury hospitality setting
