Director of People

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic People partner to the Advisory executive team, shaping and implementing impactful goals (OKRs) that support business objectives.
• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent, including managing senior hires and refining global internship programs.
• Oversee staffing operations and systems, ensuring efficient processes and supervising junior resources.
• Lead talent development initiatives, including designing onboarding journeys, refining performance management processes, and managing mentorship programs.
• Act as a custodian of company culture by monitoring engagement, managing sensitive employee relations, and driving change management.
• Support organizational development through thought partnership on team structures, career architecture, and compensation strategies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience leading people functions at a senior level.
• Proven ability to advise and influence at the executive level.
• Experience building and refining people systems within lean, high-growth environments.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Experience leading or developing others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in professional services or consulting.
• Experience working in mission-driven or international environments.
