Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary people partner to consumer business leadership, including the President and functional heads
• Lead all employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Coach and develop first-time and mid-level managers on people practices and team effectiveness
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, and workforce strategy
• Translate corporate people practices into consumer-appropriate applications
• Drive culture initiatives that connect teams to the broader company mission
• Advise on compensation, performance calibration, talent development, and succession planning

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive HR or people experience
• Dedicated business partner experience in consumer, CPG, retail, or food and beverage
• Experience supporting distributed workforces including corporate and non-desk employees
• Deep expertise in employee relations and investigations in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to coach and influence senior executives and founders
• Experience building HR infrastructure from scratch or early stage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Background in a high-growth, founder-led, or brand-driven consumer organization
