About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic People and Culture initiatives to support organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing People and Culture team
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Spearhead organizational development and change management initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address complex employee relations issues
- Analyze People and Culture metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, including Labor Code, ESI, and PF
- Manage the People and Culture budget and resource allocation
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
- Expertise in strategic planning, talent management, and change management
- Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budget management and financial acumen
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
