Responsibilities

• Lead and expand strategic relationships across personal loan originators, fintech platforms, and bank partners at an executive level
• Own and deliver on core partner KPIs including origination volume, revenue growth, and profitability
• Identify and drive new opportunities within existing and prospective partners
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate agreements
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies and account plans
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across fintechs and banks
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Capital Markets, Operations, Risk, and Analytics teams
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner performance and risks

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing strategic B2B partnerships or business development
• Experience within fintech, consumer lending, or financial services
• Strong expertise in personal loans, unsecured consumer lending, or bank partnerships
• Proven ability to develop partner strategies that drive measurable business growth
• Demonstrated success in managing executive-level relationships
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management or capital markets experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
