Director of Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve a sales team of 10+ individual contributors across Europe
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds new business revenue targets
• Identify, negotiate, and close key strategic deals to assist team members
• Close key new business deals to drive expansion into new cities and regions
• Collaborate with Operational and Product teams to drive partner and renewal revenue
• Provide weekly progress reports on the Europe pipeline
• Work with the Global Vertical Leader to shape market strategy

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and leading business development teams
• Proven track record in leadership roles and leading high-performing commercial teams
• Experience selling and closing complex deals
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent presentation and networking skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ticketing industry
• Previous experience implementing MEDDIC sales methodology
• Experience selling for marketplace, platform, or SaaS companies
