Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy and drive revenue growth by developing new models and identifying untapped opportunities
• Manage high-value relationships with banks, lenders, and marketplace ecosystem partners
• Innovate on pricing structures and partnership frameworks to scale impact
• Collaborate across product, ops, analytics, and vertical teams to align on shared goals
• Use data to inform strategy, optimize performance, and identify trends
• Position DailyPay as a thought leader by engaging with key industry stakeholders and attending global Fintech conferences
• Identify gaps and innovation opportunities in the Fintech sector to drive new product capabilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or similar growth roles
• 5+ years of experience in financial technology, payments, or financial services marketplaces
• Subject matter expertise in payment processing (acquiring and issuing) and card interchange mechanics
• Proven track record in senior-level partner relationship management and negotiation
• Deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial forecasting, and modeling
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive presence
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic environments
