Director of Outlets

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and food and beverage outlets
• Drive revenue growth and implement innovative dining concepts
• Lead, direct, and motivate diverse teams to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
• Interpret financial and operational data to develop and execute effective operational plans
• Ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards of excellence across all outlets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management (hotel experience preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and direct large teams
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to manage operational data
• Excellent negotiation, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours as necessitated by business needs
