Director of Outcomes Assessment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a comprehensive assessment program to support the College’s mission.
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and staff to improve, report, and analyze outcomes assessment activities.
• Collect and analyze assessment data to effectively inform program reviews.
• Provide regular quantitative and qualitative reports, feedback, and recommendations to the College.
• Develop and administer evaluation instruments and rubrics to measure learning outcomes and curricular effectiveness.
• Manage key performance indicators, benchmarks, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders informed regarding assessment outcomes.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Educational Research and Evaluation or a related field.
• Three years of related experience, including oversight of student performance and course program evaluation.
• Proven skills in data analysis and report preparation and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in higher education or health profession assessment.
• Experience with accreditation processes in a professional school setting.
