Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and balance strategic focus on revenue generation
• Execute the masterplan with a focus on achieving commercial results for stakeholders
• Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
• Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
• Act as the right hand to the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations

• Passion for creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
