Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead District Managers to ensure stores deliver outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies, AML, CTF, and regulatory requirements
• Coach District Managers on operational results and performance improvement
• Prepare annual budgets and analyze monthly financial statements
• Oversee staffing, training, and career development for regional team members
• Recommend new store locations and oversee new store openings
• Resolve complex accounting, auditing, legal, and customer service issues

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of multi-unit or regional management experience
• Experience in retail, financial, restaurant, or hospitality industries
• Experience in collections
• Proficiency with computers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and travel to stores regularly
