About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead District Managers to ensure stores deliver outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies, AML, CTF, and regulatory requirements
- Coach District Managers on operational results and performance improvement
- Prepare annual budgets and analyze monthly financial statements
- Oversee staffing, training, and career development for regional team members
- Recommend new store locations and oversee new store openings
- Resolve complex accounting, auditing, legal, and customer service issues
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of multi-unit or regional management experience
- Experience in retail, financial, restaurant, or hospitality industries
- Experience in collections
- Proficiency with computers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and travel to stores regularly
