Director of Operations Player Development Baseball

Responsibilities

• Manage all baseball video and analytics systems, including Synergy, TrackMan, and B-A-T-s
• Coordinate baseball-specific analytics and ensure all documentation remains compliant
• Oversee student-athlete academic standards, including grade checks, eligibility reports, and study hall scheduling
• Facilitate recruiting efforts by coordinating on-campus visits, managing the ARMS database, and communicating with prospective student-athletes
• Organize and arrange all team travel, including lodging, transportation, meals, and budget management
• Manage team equipment inventory, purchasing, and ordering
• Assist the head coach in organizing and conducting individual and team practices
• Manage social media presence and coordinate community service events
• Adhere to all NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations and bylaws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in personal computers and specialized baseball software/video systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values
