Director of Operations - Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical operations team, coordinating and motivating NDT specialists in the field
• Drive industrial business growth by detecting new opportunities and managing key accounts in petrochemical, naval, and structural sectors
• Optimize project profitability and quality through operational planning, budget control, and deadline management
• Ensure technical and regulatory credibility by validating high-precision procedures against current standards

Requirements

• Solid career background in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
• Proven experience in the petrochemical, naval, or structural sectors
• Commercial vision and results-oriented mindset
• Leadership, resilience, and autonomy skills
• Knowledge of the industrial dynamics in the Andalusia region (Sevilla, Cádiz, Huelva)
