Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations teams in the Phoenix area to deliver on the mission of "Selling Happy."
• Monitor and drive flawless execution in day-to-day operations through frequent restaurant visits.
• Hire, train, develop, and retain leadership talent to create high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets for existing and new locations.
• Use data and reporting tools (sales reports, guest insights, labor/food cost tools) to coach teams and re-establish goals.
• Champion the operating culture and ensure compliance with all local laws, food safety, and labor regulations.
• Oversee the successful opening and execution of new restaurant locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to ensure alignment with company-wide strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of successful restaurant management or leadership operations experience.
• Previous senior leadership experience managing large teams in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Proven ability to lead people, manage P&L, and drive results through others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with experience using Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $128,000 per year.
