Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, including P&L, inventory, and service performance
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Engineering, Transportation, and Sales to drive results
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and workforce
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, OSHA, and company policies
• Champion a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations experience, including 4+ years leading leaders
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations with financial accountability
• Strong strategic leadership and cross-functional influence skills
• High level of financial acumen and operational decision-making capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, supply chain, or pharmaceutical environments
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
