Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of food, beverage, music, and programming for the new Vinyl Room VIP Lounge
• Maintain full ownership of the venue P&L, including revenue forecasting and expense management
• Oversee F&B operations, including menu development, service standards, and cost control (COGS)
• Manage membership program strategy, including sales, retention, and exclusive member experiences
• Coordinate security staffing, operational protocols, and guest safety compliance
• Partner with marketing and special events teams to drive lounge promotion and high-level events
• Manage artist relations and hospitality standards for talent and high-profile guests
• Oversee facility maintenance, HR processes, and team training for culinary and bar staff

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in culinary or beverage operations within high-volume environments
• Proven expertise in F&B program management and P&L ownership
• Strong experience in vendor negotiation, recipe costing, and inventory management
• Demonstrated success in developing membership programs and upsell strategies
• Experience managing security and operational staffing in hospitality or entertainment venues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and inventory platforms
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, production, and technical teams
