Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across manufacturing, inventory, and logistics functions to meet production, quality, and safety targets
• Lead organizational and process changes through effective change management and stakeholder alignment
• Oversee the planning, testing, and rollout of new system implementations such as ERP, WMS, or MES
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports to provide visibility into performance and bottlenecks
• Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive cost-out and supply chain initiatives
• Coach and mentor team leaders and frontline staff to build a high-performing, accountable culture
• Manage labor, equipment, and material resources to meet production schedules and customer demand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or warehouse environments
• Proven experience leading change management initiatives and driving adoption across diverse teams
• Hands-on experience with system migrations or major system implementations (ERP, WMS, MES)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret operational reports and KPIs
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
