Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategies across the firm to ensure alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations
• Build and optimize recruiting engines, people systems, and onboarding processes
• Provide strategic oversight for marketing efforts and campaign execution
• Evaluate and implement AI, automation, and technology tools to improve efficiency
• Coordinate execution across legal, operations, marketing, and offshore teams
• Solve complex, ambiguous organizational challenges and eliminate bottlenecks

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading and scaling operations in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution with high ownership
• Strong financial and operational acumen using KPIs and data-driven decision making
• Experience building and managing talent acquisition and retention systems
• Experience leading through offshore teams or distributed operating environments
• Fluency with AI, automation, and emerging technology tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
