Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and implement advanced operational infrastructure to support projected growth and efficiency
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting visibility, and oversight of bookkeeping/CPA partnerships
• Implement comprehensive KPI tracking and accountability systems
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies across operational workflows and communication channels
• Lead initiatives with autonomy to ensure seamless execution
• Modernize and optimize the technological stack to enhance firm operations
• Oversee HR functions, mentor staff, and manage vendor decisions

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading operations in a professional services setting
• Strong expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial strategy
• Ability to implement solutions independently without continuous direction
• Executive-level judgment and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience in building infrastructure for operational scalability
• Ability to work onsite in Venice, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional service operations such as legal, medical, or property management environments
