About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the entire portfolio of client accounts to ensure service excellence.
  • Lead and hold Area and Field Managers accountable through weekly reviews and performance management.
  • Manage financial discipline, including labor cost oversight, overtime control, and budget management.
  • Ensure high staffing coverage levels and timely resolution of client escalations.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Support business development efforts and maintain relationships with government contracting clients.
  • Reduce CEO operational dependency by establishing clear decision-making protocols and management authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive operations management experience, ideally in facilities services or the janitorial industry.
  • Proven experience managing managers across multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen regarding labor costs, margins, and budget oversight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government contracting clients and understanding public sector compliance.
  • Working knowledge of business development principles and the bid/proposal process.
  • Familiarity with LWO/LCP requirements.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100k - $110k per year.
