Director Of Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of 6-10 assigned dialysis facilities to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage fiscal performance, including profit and loss, budget development, payroll, and cost containment strategies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to facility management and clinical teams.
• Implement area strategic plans and quality goals in alignment with divisional and company objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and Medical Directors, advisory boards, and referring physicians.
• Drive business growth by collaborating with Managed Care to increase payor mix and exploring market opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence regarding facility maintenance, safety, water systems, and privacy/security compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations management and leadership.
• Strong financial competence, including experience with P&L management and budgeting.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and continuous quality improvement.
• Exceptional communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.
