FleetPulse is transforming the trailer industry by turning millions of analog trailers into smart, data-driven assets. Originally incubated inside Great Dane, FleetPulse leverages telematics hardware and a SaaS platform to provide actionable insights that help fleets reduce cargo theft, improve utilization, and optimize yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware and field operations, including uptime monitoring, proactive detection, and alerting.
• Manage the installation experience for customers and OEM partners, including bench testing and documentation.
• Build and oversee troubleshooting, RMA, and re-test processes to meet enterprise service expectations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Support to drive hardware reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, field/hardware operations, or technical program management (ideally IoT or telematics).
• Proven experience standing up monitoring, alerting, or uptime/reliability processes for physical devices.
• Experience managing installation, field service, or RMA processes with enterprise or OEM partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools for managing device health data.
• Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficiency in using AI to accelerate operational progress.
