Responsibilities
- Own all league operations across the United States, including game-night execution, scheduling, and venue operations
- Lead, develop, and performance manage a growing team of District Managers and League Managers
- Establish operational standards, playbooks, and systems to ensure a consistent athlete experience
- Manage financial performance of US operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- Oversee referee and coach development programs, including recruitment and training
- Lead athlete experience initiatives such as drop-in programming and membership conversion
- Partner with growth teams to support new market launches through workforce planning and operational setup
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-location operations teams in high-growth environments
- Experience managing senior staff and developing high-performing teams
- Experience owning budgets, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Track record of building systems and infrastructure to support organizational growth
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational effectiveness
- Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, franchise, or multi-unit operating environments
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills

- Experience supporting rapid geographic expansion across multiple markets
- Passion for sports and community-building
- Experience developing training programs or operational playbooks
- Strong financial acumen regarding market expansion opportunities
