Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for hotel operational departments including Rooms Division and Food & Beverage
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence across all touchpoints
• Manage and coordinate seamless operations for rooms and F&B departments to meet brand standards
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate staff across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services
• Supervise all F&B services including breakfast, dinner, in-room dining, and events
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monthly forecasts, and accounting reports
• Track expenses, labor costs, and operational efficiencies to maintain profitability
• Support the General Manager in upholding the hotel's reputation and commitment to quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years of related hospitality management experience
• Experience interpreting accounting and financial controls for hotel operations
• Proficiency in implementing cost controls and managing inventory levels
• Experience creating and managing budgets and forecasts
• Ability to optimize workflows and procedures across multiple departments
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of quality control and regulatory standards
