Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and execution of the EAI Brain open source program and developer ecosystem
  • Manage open source governance, GitHub operations, developer engagement, and community growth
  • Lead the roadmap and management of the EAI Brain SDK, APIs, developer tools, and developer portal
  • Oversee SDK/API versioning, compatibility, and platform reliability
  • Support the development and operation of the Skill Store ecosystem, including developer onboarding and certification standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to establish platform governance and monetization models
  • Provide day-to-day leadership support for technical and platform teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in developer platforms, open source programs, or developer ecosystem roles
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership or people-management capacity
  • Deep expertise in open source software governance and licensing models
  • Strong technical foundation in software architecture and API/SDK design
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a developer ecosystem or marketplace
  • Experience designing or operating a Trust & Safety or App Review function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese working proficiency strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in robotics, autonomous systems, or embodied AI (e.g., ROS/ROS2)
  • Experience with AI/ML developer tooling, LLM inference APIs, or AI agent frameworks
  • Prior experience at a platform company running developer programs at scale
  • Familiarity with Web3 and on-chain infrastructure relevant to skill monetization
