About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and pharmacy
- Coordinate with state compliance officer to ensure operations follow TDSHS
- Direct clinical and non-clinical personnel and manage performance appraisals
- Review departmental policies, procedures, and systems to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets, including revenue, expenses, and capital budget items
- Ensure safe patient care adhering to policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinate with facility managers for education, quality care, and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current licensure through the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas
- At least five years of progressive clinical experience
- Professional Certification in clinical area or management
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree
- Master's degree
