Director of New Business Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the APJ region
• Guide the team in building and maintaining relationships with new customers and developing strategic customer plans
• Coach team members to prioritize business initiatives based on expected commercial benefits and ROI
• Oversee proposal preparation and submission in response to RFPs
• Foster collaboration with Business Development, Technical Sales, and Marketing teams
• Drive proactive Account Planning with Autodesk Partners
• Make strategic trade-offs between opportunity value, customer propensity to buy, and deal velocity to achieve revenue goals

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new customers and meet sales targets
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with decision-makers at new businesses
• Experience guiding teams in establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
• Ability to lead market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitors
• Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales metrics to inform strategic decisions and forecasts
• Strong skills in sales pipeline management and customer acquisition
