Director of New Business Sales, APJ

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the APJ region
• Guide the team in building and maintaining strategic relationships with new customers
• Develop and execute strategic customer plans and business initiatives
• Coach team members on prioritizing business initiatives based on commercial benefits and ROI
• Oversee proposal preparation and submission in response to RFPs
• Drive proactive account planning in collaboration with Autodesk Partners
• Manage sales pipeline velocity and make strategic trade-offs to achieve revenue goals
• Foster collaboration with Business Development, Technical Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and meet sales targets
• Experience building and managing relationships with key decision-makers at new businesses
• Strong skills in sales pipeline management and market analysis
• Ability to track, analyze, and report sales metrics to inform forecasting and strategic decisions
• Experience aligning product suites with specific customer outcomes and business needs

• Extensive experience leading sales teams and managing business development activities

• Proficiency in sales forecasting and advanced metrics analysis
