About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial growth and market expansion for Novaverse across the UAE and GCC region
  • Define and execute market entry plans to identify high-value opportunities with developers, architects, and government entities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for immersive technologies, digital twins, and real-time 3D environments
  • Establish and maintain C-suite relationships with key stakeholders in real estate, hospitality, and urban planning
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from discovery and scoping to negotiation and closing high-value contracts
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions
  • Represent the brand at major industry events and forums to increase market visibility

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior business development or enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling complex, high-value technology solutions
  • Deep experience in real estate technology, proptech, immersive media, or advanced CGI
  • Strong existing network within the UAE real estate sector and government development entities
  • Technical understanding of XR, real-time environments, and digital twin concepts
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-scaling environment
