About the role
Responsibilities
- Advance organizational effectiveness through data analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain network-wide dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor progress toward organizational goals and OKRs.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of network continuous improvement processes and routines.
- Coordinate network-wide initiatives, including enrollment growth and teacher pipeline development.
- Design and coordinate network-wide events such as leadership retreats and professional development days.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management, performance management, continuous improvement, data analysis, or education leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working within a school system, charter network, or nonprofit organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and monitoring performance metrics and OKRs.
- Proficiency with technology platforms related to student data and learning management systems.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
