About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advance organizational effectiveness through data analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain network-wide dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor progress toward organizational goals and OKRs.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of network continuous improvement processes and routines.
  • Coordinate network-wide initiatives, including enrollment growth and teacher pipeline development.
  • Design and coordinate network-wide events such as leadership retreats and professional development days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in project management, performance management, continuous improvement, data analysis, or education leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working within a school system, charter network, or nonprofit organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and monitoring performance metrics and OKRs.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms related to student data and learning management systems.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
