Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of government programs from kickoff through delivery and closeout
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for project managers and cross-functional delivery staff
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and task order terms
• Maintain key deliverables including Project Management Plans, risk registers, and quality control plans
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and track burn rates
• Interface regularly with CORs, KOs, and Government PMs to report status and resolve issues
• Identify technical and operational risks and maintain mitigation plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex federal or defense programs
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale contracts
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and program lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with government stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to possess or receive US DoD Security Clearance
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% within the continental United States
