Director of National Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of National Recruitment and manage professional and paraprofessional staff.
• Create and implement a comprehensive national student recruitment plan, including high school/college fairs, on-campus visits, and digital marketing strategies.
• Develop the University’s national marketing strategy by identifying target schools and analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
• Design a robust road travel schedule to ensure national exposure and highlight key programs.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making regarding student enrollment pipelines and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with school counselors and participate in regional counseling associations.
• Develop and monitor prospective student communication plans and maintain the annual national event calendar.
• Collaborate with the Directors of Freshman and Transfer Admissions to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Knowledge of international admissions and immigration policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using CRM, PeopleSoft, or Image Now systems.
